Trusted Rides, Inc in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for a part time Support Specialist. This position is critical to Trusted Rides' success as this role is customer service driven. To succeed, a Support Specialist must be polite and prompt with communication to our customers and drivers. The Support Specialist will exemplify Trusted Rides values of safety, communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

*Answer phones, emails, and online chat *Follow up with customers in regards to customer satisfaction. *Support multiple markets. *Work directly with Operations Manager. *Manage daily customer ride requests. *Able to multiple task. *Additional responsibilities to support the team.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
