Introduction: Join our team as a Buyer/Planner where you will be responsible for analyzing Bills of Material, routings, and demand to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. Please note this is a contract role with an expected duration of 4-months
Job Duties:
- Place purchase orders or work orders to ensure required levels of product are met
- Monitor and maintain accurate schedules within the ERP system
- Communicate issues in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule production to meet program plans and suggest changes as needed
- Provide delivery information to Master Scheduling based on lead time computations
- Create and prepare Line of Balance reports to track progress
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Buyer/Planner role
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
