The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel is home to the Pool Club! Omaha's largest outdoor resort-style pool at any hotel in the area. With a food truck, outdoor pool bar, and occasional live music this is the place to be when the sun is shining!
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is ready to move their way up in the hospitality industry and who loves to enjoy the warm weather.
What you'll do...
The Pool Club Supervisor assists the Pool Club Manager with the training and development of team members. Performs duties of all positions within the department including serving, bartending, bussing, greeting, and expediting. Resolves Team Member and guest-related situations. Acts as a Pool Club Manager when required.
What you'll need ...
- 1-2 year’s prior supervisory experience, prior hotel F&B restaurant experience, or related education is strongly preferred
- We are not all talk but you need to know how to do it! Excellent verbal skills.
- Think quickly! Things move fast in this industry. Are you ready to make impactful decisions?
- Must possess working knowledge of computer terminal and cash register operations.
- Monotonous days? Keep looking, a diverse workday is what you have to look forward to!
- Experience in hosting, serving, and cashiering is preferred.
- 19 years of age or older.
- Able to work AM and PM Shifts; including weekends & holidays
- Comfortable slip-resistant shoes! Be prepared to be on the move!
