The Caesars Rewards Supervisor leads the team at the main entrance to our casino and is often the first impression our guests receive. We are hiring a great service leader to lead this team. In this role you can expect a schedule typically working estimated 2pm-10pm with days off initially Tuesday and Wednesday off. This is a salaried position with best-in-class benefits and you can expect a salary in the $40-45K range to start.

Job Description :


  • Responsible for supervising the Total Rewards Department and Promotions and Events.
  • Essential functions include: interacting with guests throughout the casino to increase awareness and utilization of Harrah’s Total Rewards;
  • Monitors Total Rewards staff to ensure superior and timely service is delivered to all guests,
  • Monitors operation and individual performance to ensure compliance with internal regulations and Missouri Gaming Commission regulations.
  • Responsible to provide ongoing training in service performance and technical ability of Total Rewards duties, including marketing promotions.
  • Responsible for monitoring and adjusting schedules to ensure appropriate staffing level/coverage is maintained,
  • Assists guest with all data integrity account issues, to include combined accounts, out of sync mail files, suspended accounts, pin creation, changes and resets, returned mail, and research all account discrepancies and inquiries regarding tracked play and coupons.
  • Issues comps per internal comping guidelines.
  • Redeems promotional vouchers (No redemption for cash, only merchandise)
  • Prohibited from adding points to players accounts.
  • Issues new and replacement Total Rewards Cards to guests.
  • Works closely with leadership team to develop promotions and events to drive gaming revenue and player retention that support the overall marketing strategy of the property.
  • Leads execution and full scope of implementation of all events, promotions, gaming tournaments and citywide events/sponsorships to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization.
  • Partners closely with corporate marketing team to develop and execute brand-wide promotional and strategic alliance programs.
  • Manages environmental entertainers and other contract entertainment labor and their activities; oversees purchasing of premium items for events and programs
  • Partners with advertising and database departments to create print, collateral and other advertising/ media to support programs.
  • Ensures accurate, timely coordination and communication of programs with all property departments.
  • Maintains records and files for management for all programs. Prepares and manages pro forma, promotional expenses for budget, planning and analysis purposes.
  • Checks and processes invoices for payment and assists in monthly expense forecasting.

The term “management” includes duties such as interviewing; training; selecting and adjusting rates of pay and hours of work; directing the work of employees; maintaining production; appraising employees’ productivity and efficiency for purposes of recommending promotions or other changes (evaluations); handling employees’ grievances and complaints; disciplining employees; planning work; providing for safety and security; and monitoring or implementing legal compliance matters.

Knowledge, Skills & Education Preferred :


Knowledge and proficiency with CMS and WINet or ability to quickly master. Excellent interactive and coaching skills including guest service delivery and coaching skills. Good written and oral communication skills. Proven leadership and problem solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. 2 or more years experience in progressive supervisory capacity and knowledge of Harrah’s Total Rewards Card program. College education is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

This position may require long periods of sitting, standing. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis, reach above head occasionally, bend below knee level occasionally, and rotate torso periodically. Must be able to read, write, and understand basic English.

Employees may be required to obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission license. The initial license is paid for by the employee through payroll deduction. All subsequent renewals for the license are paid by Harrah’s North Kansas City.
