Responsibilities

•The Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day oversight of field crew operations, ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld, and that the budget is followed as planned

•Responsible for the supervision, scheduling and coordination of all electrical solar field installation crews

•Responsible for training and development of field crew, foremen, and general foremen

•Build and maintain relationships with the customer, inspectors, and other trades

•Coordinate production with mechanical or electrical and civil trades to ensure flow and productivity rates

•Work closely with foremen and field crews to ensure all installations meet quality standards

Qualifications

•5 years or more in a lead role within the solar industry is required

•Journeyman certification or equivalent

•High school diploma or GED is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
