Summer Camp Instructor

KidzToPros is a leading provider of After-School enrichment programs, Structured Recess, AM/PM Enrichment Clubs and Summer Camps (Nationwide). Our mission is to provide the essential building blocks that children need to succeed in school and beyond. We achieve this by offering high-quality STEM, Sports and Arts programs, with top-tier instructors, at school locations around the country. Partnerships with public, private and charter schools ensure our programs meet the academic, cultural and athletic needs of students.

Our on-campus programs are offered at schools, making it convenient for parents, while allowing kids to stay in the safety of their school and participate in activities with their friends. Over the past five years, KidzToPros has partnered with over 400 schools nationwide. Over 35,000 students have participated in our after-school programs and seasonal camps!

KidzToPros is in search of experienced Summer Camp Instructors for each of our summer camp locations. The Camp Director will assume responsibility for the overall success of their camp location, including overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring a fun, safe atmosphere that creates memorable experiences for all campers.

DATES: May - August 2023

HOURLY RATE: $17 Up to $18.00 per hour

YOUR BACKGROUND:
You are an experienced and trustworthy leader, with the ability to oversee a team of instructors and ensure a positive and enriching atmosphere for all campers.
You are committed to the personal growth of all campers and ensuring a fun, safe and welcome environment.
You have excellent communication skills and can clearly communicate with both campers and their parents. You are able to recognize and quickly resolve any conflicts that may arise between campers, instructors and/or parents.
You are organized and efficient.

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience as a director, manager, coordinator or supervisor in a camp like
environment.
Knowledgeable and passionate about coaching and teaching kids.
Ability to work with kids in Grades TK-8.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver’s license.
You will be required to clear a background check via online/live scan.
Undergo KidzToPros summer camp training program.

Ability to lift/carry 20lb weight.
Must be available Monday- Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
