Job description
The Substitute Associate Teacher/ Teacher is responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor in the preparation and execution of the program in conformance with the Head Start Performance Standards and State Preschool Guideline, Title 22 and Title 5 of the California Administrative Code as applicable.
- Work effectively with preschool children.
- Work effectively with staff and parents.
- Relate to persons from diverse cultures and to families from varied incomes.
- Interpersonal relationship approaches, anger diffusion and conflict resolution techniques.
- 6-12 Early Childhood units.
- 3-6 Infant Toddler units for Infant/ Toddler substitute positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.66 per hour
