Summary
The Subrogation Intake Coordinator’s essential job functions are to assist in coordinating administrative and/or clerical support in various departmental functions such as word-processing, photocopying, faxing, report generation, and filing, to ensure that departmental activities are performed in a timely manner.
Your role in our mission
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing department correspondence; assembles, addresses, and mails same; distributes incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
- Answers incoming calls and responds to routine inquiries.
- May also serve as a general receptionist. Assists in coordinating travel and/or other work-related commitments for staff members. Reserves accommodations as appropriate. Registers personnel for conferences and classes.
- Assists with research as necessary. Assists in performing administrative responsibilities, such as entering information into databases, and producing simple statistical reports, and presentations. Assists in compiling materials for presentations and meetings and distributes documents for staff, clients, and vendors.
- Assists in maintaining a schedule of appointments and events for office employees by using electronic schedulers, hourly and date calendars, and internal/external information.
- Assists in establishing and maintaining filing systems for the storage and retrieval of routine internal/external correspondence, records, reports, and documents. Processes correspondence from written, printed, or dictated sources, including letters, memoranda, records, forms, and reports; Assists in the preparation of reports, proposals, and other deliverables as requested by management.
- Process Intake referral leads from attorneys, personal representatives, executors, providers, county case managers and trustees which may include verbal communication.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years’ experience working in a professional office environment OR 1+ years’ experience in a professional environment if you have an associate degree.
- Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge is preferred.
- Experience working in a Legal office and/or Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus but not required
- Office equipment skills such as faxing, and photocopying required
- Ability to work proficiently with Adobe, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is required
What you should expect in this role
- Must work Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM
- Must work in our Tucker, Georgia office at 100 Crescent Centre. Pky, Ste 1000

The pay range for this position is $26,500.00 - $37,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
