Subcontract Program Associate Manager - Orlando, FL
Job description
Lockheed Martin is seeking an Associate Subcontract Program Manager for a position in Orlando, FL to manage a team of supply chain professionals in support of Air to Ground Missiles System’s (AGMS) Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM) and Launcher programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of procurement representatives and Subcontract Managers through the execution of their hardware requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Direct daily interaction with the program senior management team.
Have total responsibility for supplier performance in terms of cost, schedule, technical requirements to meet the internal plans of the Program and ultimately the requirements of the end user, the warfighter.
Support supplier negotiations, IPT management affordability goals / requirements.
Accountable for a variety of metrics to support program requirements as well as for shaping and developing the career goals and paths of their team.
Ensuring successful integration into the positions supporting the AGMS programs.
This position will require some travel.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance
Proficient in Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Guidelines
Thorough knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures
Experience with procurement and subcontract management of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the Defense Industry
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional IPTs and / or Supplier Management Teams
Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions
Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Able to travel
Desired Skills:
Previous leadership experience in a teaming environment
Demonstrated Risk Management experience
Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership, including (1) shape the future, (2) model personal excellence, integrity and accountability, (3) build effective relationships, (4) energize the team and (5) deliver results
Experience with Lockheed Martin P2P (SAP buying system)
Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policies (LMAP)
International procurement experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
