YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall commercial responsibility for our operations in Berlin and P&L responsibility
• Lead and coordinate the Berlin City Management Team, gym staff, our operations team (maintenance and logistics), fitness coaches and external service providers
• Triple revenues in the next 12-16 months
• Ensure first class customer experience
• Manage, develop and grow our Berlin network of locations (10 gyms and 20 outdoor locations, 600+ weekly workouts)
• Grow and develop our coach community (100+ coaches)
• Execute our local marketing activities
• Prepare and execute expansions into new cities in the GER-EAST region and beyond
• Support our scalability by testing new verticals, processes and products with the HQ team and develop best practices and playbooks that will be rolled out to other cities

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience building and scaling complex business operations
• Comfortable with the fast-paced startup culture
• Proven leadership traits and an eye for talent and recruiting
• Independent and pragmatic problem solver
• Bull-headed and hands-on
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for ownership of results
• Strong organizational and structural skills
• Strong communicator
• Fluent in English and German
• You have been living in Berlin for at least 2 year
• A degree in business or similar
