We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our team as a Manager at The Wash Tub!

You will be managing the outside production and fostering a dynamic business culture by inspiring your team to achieve sales and service goals.

There are currently 25 Wash Tub locations.

• Enjoys motivating team members by promoting team-selling & in-the-moment coaching to increase productivity
• Agile leader who loves to prioritize, plan & adjust their schedule to ensure business goals are achieved
• Must be able to be mobile on the production line for extended periods of time
• Min. 3 yrs. management or 2 yr. college degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 per year plus a monthly incentive bonus program that equates to $65,000-$75,000
