CSEngineering is looking to add a STIC Support to our growing team! This position is supporting the Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). They need someone who supports in Science, Technology, Innovation, and Collaboration for the AFGSC Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package the entire process in briefings, papers, or reports suitable for executive use and decision making.

· The contractor shall assist the ST staff in, and in some instances lead, developing IDP and STIC processes and requirements and educating AFGSC members at AFGSC installations.

· Must be able to work in a team environment and independently with limited supervision all while developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.

· The contractor shall assist the ST staff in partnership with other HQ staff functions in developing and implementing state of the art capabilities to optimize AFGSC organizational constructs and performance to more effectively manage the operations of the HQ and staff functions and improve cross functional collaboration across the staff directorates.

· The contractor shall research and provide recommendations on new content collection and strategies, including leveraging best practices from across industry.

· The contractor shall develop, plan, and coordinate processes, tracking tools, and checklist(s) for direct implementation of processes and products supporting the Command’s cross functional collaboration activities.

· The contractor shall assist the ST office in partnership with other HQ staff functions in preparing trip reports, leadership briefings, and provide constant oversite of all cross functional collaboration activities.

· The contractor shall serve as coordinator, and in some cases lead, for projects requiring extensive staff coordination when related directly to current or future HQ cross functional collaboration activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Top Secret (active Secret to start)

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.

· Experience navigating NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS type IT systems.

· Knowledge and understanding of national, DoD, and U.S. Air Force statutory and regulatory policies, directives, and procedures relating to logistics and operations activities.

· Experience working with data analytics and data visualization tools.

· Working knowledge of robotic process improvement and similar methodologies.

· Skill in oral communications necessary to inform the leadership of program changes, to make presentations to management of a complex nature, and to lead and serve effectively on process teams.

· Skill in written communications to allow effective articulation of assigned tasks and publication of new and updated products.

· Hands-on experience developing applications/software using industry standard languages and best practices.

· Experience with Cloud infrastructure/architecture and various implementations by different commercial providers.

· Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the Agile Development Process.

· Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage complex projects and work with multiple stakeholders.

· Ability to design simple and effective dashboards from multiple data sources.

· High working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 enterprise solutions including Excel, Access, and SharePoint platforms.

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI.

· Must be a United States Citizen
