What You Will Achieve
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of the organization's strategic plans to ensure continued successful growth and profitability of the organization. You will collate inputs from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans and provide analysis of performance intelligence that will drive decision-making and process improvements in the overall operational execution.
How Will You Achieve It
The Sr Associate PGS Strategy & Performance Realization role will primarily focus on the following:

Collaborate with the development of change management strategies across the team and with key stakeholders.

Partner with relevant team members to ensure PGS’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is highly accurate & trusted enabling efficient / accurate PGS performance reporting which drives data-driven discussions across the PGS organization.

Contribute on the preparation of the organization for change to realize maximum benefits and to mitigate any negative impacts to stakeholders. This role acts as the first line of defense in responding to customer service inquiries/requests.

There is a concentration on network-wide program performance, with a data and digital focus, and mindful collaboration to drive sustainable data visualizations.

Qualifications
Must-Have
-
Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.

Background in a Technical or Business field; Engineering; Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Administration.

Experience in IMEx Deployment, or other Lean Production Systems, tools or methodologies

Intellectual rigor, problem-solving & structured thinking skills

Execution-focused, fully capable of working with minimal oversight

Passion for program management & continuous improvement

Detailed oriented and organized

Strong presentation & facilitation skills with an ability to succinctly & creatively present messages.

Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have
-
Basic SQL knowledge.

Experience using a Pfizer Quality Management System ( eQMS or QTS) and Pfizer Quality Standards.

Familiarity with Enablon, SAP, HFM, or other source system for PGS data.

Experience with manufacturing and supply chain performance metrics.

Willingness to contribute fresh & innovative ideas.

Experience in coaching, developing, and influencing people at various levels of the organization.

Independent, quick learner with a curious & lifelong learner mindset.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Schedule is on 1st shift. Monday - Friday. Travel requirements: up to 10%.
