Sun West Choice Healthcare & Rehabilitation located in Sun City West, Arizona is looking to fill a key leadership Speech Therapist position. We are a skilled nursing facility with a clinical focus of behavioral, rehabilitation, and long-term care. We have the highest clinical staff-to-patient ratio in Arizona. We will continue to train and consistently hire to provide the best quality of care we can for our patients and maintain a properly staffed and well-cultured team.

AZ Speech Pathologist License AND Fingerprint card REQUIRED
Duties:
- Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs.
- Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services as available community resources.
- Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize patient outcomes and return to community activities.
- Perform Administrative responsibilities
