Your working environment
The field of "Autonomous Driving" (AD) with the applications "Mobility as a Service" (MaaS) and "Transport as a Service" (TaaS) will play a decisive role in the mobility transformation. This requires optimized vehicles and new approaches to offering and operating them - thus opening up a new business model for Volkswagen AG. This model is to be designed as a platform for various AD systems and providers to autonomously transport passengers and goods worldwide in urban areas.

Your tasks
- Development, coordination and implementation of the functional and technical overall architecture for MaaS and TaaS across all system levels from sensor kit, vehicle to mobility provider.
- Design, evaluation and coordination of architecture concepts and technical solution proposals for cross-system use cases in various projects
- Design and coordination of interfaces for the integration of new customers, partners and markets in an international environment
- Definition, conceptualization and location of functions, as well as creation of initial system models and feedback to the system owners
- Development, coordination and implementation of organization, structures and processes in the context of architecture management
- Architecture consulting and support of interdisciplinary teams (e.g. in the context of requirements management, integration and testing)
Your qualifications
- Completed technical/college studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in architecture, networking and automotive SW/automotive cloud
- Experience with agile methods and traditional development methods
- Very good English skills for collaboration with international partners
You are particularly characterized by the following interdisciplinary competencies:
- High competence in analytical thinking as well as high abstraction ability.
- Strong ability to coordinate teams with/from different cultures and experiences
- Strong initiative and self-responsibility with pleasure in new technologies
- Precise solution finding competence
