This full-time position involves finding homeowners using state of the art technology, and scheduling them for a free educational consultation about the advantages of switching to a cheaper, cleaner, renewable source of energy.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong mindset, a willingness to go door-to-door, engage in personal discussions with homeowners, and manage your time efficiently. As this is a performance-oriented role, we are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to demonstrate their capabilities, and tap into their boundless earning possibilities.
Organic Light boasts being one of the highest paid commission opportunities in New York City. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will enjoy having complete control over your work schedule and earning potential. Even without experience, an average performer can earn approximately $50,000 annually, while more experienced individuals can surpass $250,000 with the right attitude, work ethic and ongoing training.

Job Responsibilities:
- Source and create self-generated appointments with homeowners
- Observe then conduct in-home / virtual sales presentations
- Meet minimum required sales targets for assigned level
- Attend required trainings and company events
- Manage project pipeline of activity from lead generation to install
- Remain up-to-date on solar industry trends and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Strong work ethic
- Must have strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Be capable of handling objections and rejections
- Must have cell phone with data
- Must take and pass aptitude test
- Must be able and willing to work minimum required hours
- Bilingual is a plus
- Valid State driver’s license (Preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation (Preferred but not required)
Compensation
- Estimated Range- $65,000-$105,000
