SOLARCO ENERGY GROUP is residential solar dealer powered by national leader in Solar industry that has developed an easy way for people to learn about renewable home energy. We eliminate customer's electric charges up to 100% with ZERO DOWN , NO out of their pocket expenses while claiming 30% tax credit .....we do all the procurement, engineering and installation.

We provide room for reps with or without solar experience to grow into management roles and provide option to relocate to our South Florida location. If you are competitive people person with an entrepreneurial spirit you will move up quickly! This is a difficult job but it is simple. This is why you get paid so well; we use a revenue sharing compensation model that can earn you 50-70% profit per job sold. You do not need prior marketing or sales experience. We will train you to succeed in this booming industry! This is a mixed compensation commission based job with an average first year compensation of $100k plus for someone that has absolutely no solar exp*

About This Role

Are you a master of persuasion with strong face to face skills? As our Solar Sales Representative you'll get to highlight your charisma and win over customers with your expertise in solar products. You will be able to deliver a highly professional, honest, ethical interactive presentation which will result in 40% closing by saying YES on your first meet. We will teach you how to work independently and build relationships with potential customers in a fun and non-high pressure environment.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline through a proven referral based approached.
  • Knock on doors and engage potential customers in project areas
  • Educate potential customers about solar products and services
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
  • Attend all meetings and training sessions so you can to stay up-to-date on product offerings and crush the competition

Qualifications

  • A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for renewable energy
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment ideal but not required
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
