We are seeking a highly motivated Solar Sales Representative with experience selling SunRun Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in New Jersey. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating prospective customers about the benefits of solar energy, presenting SunRun PPA solutions, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and educate customers on the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy, as well as the specific benefits of SunRun PPA solutions.
  • Follow up with leads provided by the company to schedule in-house appointments with prospective customers.
  • Create proposals and quotes for potential customers, explaining the details of the PPA agreement and answering any questions they may have.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of solar industry trends, products, and services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from in-house appointments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar sales with a proven track record of success, preferably with SunRun PPA sales experience.
  • Knowledge of solar technology, installation, and financing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
