Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of solar management experience
• Ability to manage installation, inspections, service schedules, and field technicians
• Proficient in residential and commercial solar project processes
• Familiar with city and utility requirements for solar projects
• Strong customer service and management skills
• Capable of implementing preventative measures and maintaining a mandatory meeting calendar
• Focus on long-term solutions rather than short-term fixes
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the residential solar industry
• Possess strong reporting and managerial skills
• Experience in managing and training within a process-driven environment
• Advanced project planning and management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Exceptional math and computational abilities
• Effective communication skills
• A bachelor's degree is recommended but not required
• Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Solid organization and time management abilities
• Comfortable in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
• In-depth product knowledge of solar brands and equipment
• Strong time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between engineering, warehouse, sales, and field departments to ensure optimal customer experience
• Manage service requests and service visits
• Oversee solar design in collaboration with customers and address their questions
• Manage warehouse and field operations, coordinating with 54 solar, roofing, and battery crews
• Resolve customer issues related to field operations
• Address nonstandard issues with ESR and plan checkers
• Report KPIs and other relevant metrics
