We are looking for a Solar Installation Trainer to join our team!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Training new and current employees on equipment and preparing them for work in the field
• Creating and presenting training materials to both internal and external customers
• Scheduling of all company-sponsored training events, including in-house, regional, customer site, and special training events
• 10% travel required (minimal)

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in relevant area(electrical engineering) is required
• At least 2 years of experience in a training role is required.
• Experience in electronics or a related technical field
• 5+ years' experience in renewable energy (solar) industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
