Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Testing Sample Management and User Trial Operation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire testing samples that are used for field test purpose as well as the process of user trial operation management, including user recruitment, sample distribution, retrieval, and follow-up on user issues. This role will require you to ensure that all testing samples are appropriately managed and that user trials are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Analyzing the testing results and submitting the report to the development team
• Creating test designs, processes, cases and test-product documentation
• Conducting testing as per the set standards and procedures
• Ensure that the testing is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures
• Perform software testing in all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle

Physical & Mental Demands

Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment and work aids include PCs, printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Role requires domestic and international travel 10%-15%. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest and ethical responsibilities.
