Job Description: A Digital Sales Architect is an entry-level sales position at CSG designed to work in a fast paced, transaction-based environment while providing an exceptional customer experience. This position is designed to take the leads from various sources (Telesales, Retail, CSG Digital) and validate, qualify, close, and prospect additional opportunities to promote organic sales growth. The goal of this position is to drive less returns from our online channels, drive more opportunity back to the business, and prepare our customers for their digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities: A Digital Sales Architect candidate shall be able to, but is not limited to:
- Meet or exceed all sales activity metrics set by leadership.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Schedule and manage sales meetings with customers and other necessary parties to provide a full solution experience using company provided materials. This would include presenting a full customer journey of the product implementation experience to ensure a positive customer experience. The products supported will include, but are not limited to;
- POTSolve – Copper POTS Replacement
- Fixed Wireless Access – LTE Routers
- OneTalk – Voice over IP
- Field Services – Installation
- Managed Services – Day 2 Services
- Maintain an accurate funnel of all active and closed opportunities.
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.
- Continued Education of Advanced Solutions.
- IoT, Signal Enhancement, SD-WAN, Enterprise, Government
- Attend, Be Active, and on Camera for all required calls including, but not limited to:
- All Customer Facing Calls, Funnel Reviews, Team Calls, Role Plays, Training.
Education & Training: A Digital Sales Architect candidate must have at a minimum: A high school diploma or GED. Secondary Education is Preferred. Networking/Technical Certifications (i.e., CCNA, CPCNA/NP/NE, etc.) are valuable but not mandatory.
A person being transferred from within to this position must have cross-trained in the area and demonstrated the necessary technical skills necessary to perform this job. All Digital Sales Architect candidates must go through documented training with a certified trainer and demonstrate competency in performing the job.
