AS A SOCIAL WORKER/CASE WORKER, you will be responsible for providing care utilizing Social Work Initial Interview, ongoing assessment, and family input. You will begin discharge and follow-up planning at time of admission to the inpatient unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health related or Human Services Field (Psychology, Counseling, Rehab Counseling, Social Work), Required
- Master's Degree, Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours to include early morning, evening, and weekend hours, required
