Jaymark Jewelers is a 4 generation family owned retail store specializing in gold and platinum fine jewelry. Our clients quickly become our friends as we create jewelry to mark the moments that make their lives special. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, self motivated individual to join our team.

Overview: Our jewelry store is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to manage our social media presence. As the Social Media Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media content that promotes our brand and drives traffic to our website and store. You should be passionate about social media trends and have a proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and sales
• Create, curate, and schedule content for all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter
• Monitor and manage all social media accounts on a daily basis, responding to inquiries, comments and reviews in a timely manner
• Identify and engage with social media influencers to reach new audiences
• Analyze and report on social media metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth, and use insights to inform future social media initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies and provide recommendations for how the team can optimize our social media presence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Strong grasp of social media trends and the ability to come up with creative and innovative ideas for content
• Demonstrated ability to project manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for jewelry and fashion is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
