About the role and your impact

• Podcast research, editing and publication - you’ll help Akta, the host of our podcast, with the production of each episode from research to publication. You’ll researching guests, edit the podcast episodes (including audio editing), create thumbnails for YouTube, and write show notes.
• Social Media Content- writing and creating high-quality social media content for Twitter and other platforms as needed by the creator studio. This may include research for threads, repurposing podcasts for other platforms, and writing tweets.
• Competitor Analysis - You'd monitor trends, see what's working for other creators and companies, and figure out how we can elevate our game!
• You'll grow with the company - we'll invest in you.

About you and what you will bring

• You are living in Germany, and currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Editing experience (audio or audio and video) and the ability to use editing software such as FCP is useful.
• Experience and interest in social media across different platforms including Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram.
• Ability to write in a friendly, conversational tone
• Interest in the creator economy. We’re looking for people who are interested in either becoming a creator themselves or enjoying creative work in general.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively. This role may involve working on multiple platforms and getting involved with various projects.
• Ability to use programs such as Photoshop or Canva to create thumbnails and graphics.
