About us

Alpine Recovery is a behavorial health company providing addiction and mental health recovery services including intervention, recovery coaching, drug testing, sober companionship, and sober transport. Our team is based out of the Denver/Boulder area, but services the entire United States. Alpine Recovery's mission is to provide accountability and structure for individuals that are in addiction or mental health recovery. We work collaboratively with families and treatment professionals to facilitate the best care for our clients.

Positions: Recovery Coach, Companion, Sober Transport, and Drug Tester

Recovery Coach

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1 on 1 recovery coaching services for 1 hour per week
• Check in with client by phone or text 3 times throughout the week
• Family update call every two weeks
• Emergency availability to support a client by phone
• Documentation throughout or after a session

Schedule: Flexible - Make your own schedule.

Compensation: $60-$100 per client each week depending on experience.

Training & Experience:

• Prior recovery coaching experience is preferred.
• Access to car and valid driver's license are required.
• Extensive knowledge regarding self-care, problem-solving skills, life skills, and a strong foundation in personal recovery.
• An empathic, curious approach to working with clients as they navigate a difficult transition in their lives.

Companion / Sober Transport

Responsibilities:

• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Provide mentorship while safely transporting an individual to or from a treatment center or other behavioral health facility.
• Communicate with treatment team throughout companion or transport job.

Schedule: Strict Schedule. You will have the option to accept or turn the job down depending on your availability.

Compensation: $30-$60 an hour depending on length of job. Compensation will vary from job to job, but will be included when asking about availability.

Training & Experience:

• Prior experience providing safe travel or companion work is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Access to a car is necessary for this position.

Drug Testing

Responsibilities:

• Provide random, in-home, weekly drug tests to individuals enrolled in drug testing program.
• Drive from home to home providing urine analysis tests.

Schedule: Flexible. Communicate with clients to find common availability for drug tests.

Compensation: $25-$40 an hour.

Training & Experience:

• Access to car is required.
• Valid Driver's license is required.
• Ability to learn how to facilitate drug tests.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
