Slice Bar Supervisor

Citizen Crust, located within Patriot Place in Foxboro, MA is looking for a Full-Time Supervisor for its to-go Slice Bar. Having just opened its doors in 2020, Citizen Crust is a new and exciting restaurant that serves various types of street food from all around the world. It offers both a typical dining experience as well as a quicker to-go option through the Slice Bar, which serves the full kitchen menu as well as slices of Roman sheet pizza, salads, drinks, snacks, and gelato. A slice bar supervisor is being sought out to keep the slice bar clean and organized, manage slice bar employees, and come up with new ideas for how to increase the amount of customers.

Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Plans and conducts new ideas to increase business.
• Discusses how to improve with team members who are not performing effectively.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees when necessary.
• Helps hire and terminate employees.
• Conducts training.
• Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organization standards and following all legal regulations.
• Develop and post weekly schedules for employees.
• Provides quality service by enforcing customer service standards.

Work Hours & Benefits

Work hours will be around 40 hours per week and will include shifts from 10:30am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-9:00 or 10:00 depending on the day. Pay will be $19/hr plus any cash and credit card tips that are acquired during each shift.
