The Site Development Technician performs various technical and administration engineering review tasks in support of development sites across the City. Review site construction plans and related documents for constructability and compliance with City ordinances and standards. Provides research and site investigations; solves design and construction related problems; investigate processes, materials, equipment, issues, etc. as needed by the Team. Uses GIS software, as needed. Participates in planning and improvement for the Engineering Department processes.
