Sub-Zero Group, a distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a Showroom Sales Associate for our Glendale Heights, IL Showroom. The Showroom Associate is responsible for ensuring world class customer service is provided to every customer, quality showroom operations are maintained, associates are led and managed and financial contribution is maximized through:
- Execute the appointment setting process for the showroom including the pre-visit interview.
- Execute the walk-in process for the showroom.
- Provide an exceptional, engaging, and value-added showroom sales consultation process while building rapport and understanding.
- Execute a seamless retail handoff and positive customer experience between showroom visit and product installation.
- Partner with the Showroom Manager to ensure consistent high quality service and follow-up, incorporating feedback and taking initiative in developing ongoing product knowledge.
- Support promotional showroom activity/events and overall operations.
- Maintain positive long-term customer relationships; follow up with clients encouraging additional referral leads and repeat business.
Experience
Preferred- Minimum 3 years retail sales environment
- Experience utilizing computer systems to track data (CRM)
- Basic exposure to design/merchandising a plus, but not required
Education
Required- High School or better
- Associates or better
