Francois & Co. is a leading manufacturer of Stone and metal Architecturals and Surfaces in the United States.
Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, we have five showroom locations throughout the Southeast.
Position Summary:
While part of a larger organization, each team is composed of a close-knit group of persons that works together to reach a common goal. We are looking for talented and energetic individual to join the Charlotte Team in the role of Showroom Coordinator and Sales Support.
Job Description:
- Be present in the showroom 9am – 5pm
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and incoming phone calls
- Manage showroom cleanliness and maintenance
- Assist in Showroom Event planning coordination
- Manage, Organize, and maintain the showroom sample library
- Assist Showroom Personnel with but not limited to: o Lead Follow up and Pipeline Management o Preparing Client Paperwork o Sample Requests, Price Requests, and CAD Requests o Delivery of samples or client drop offs as needed o Jobsite visits o Face to Face Showroom Appointments o Preparing quotes and budgetary price sheets o Communication with corporate office including Inside Sales Support and Operations Team o Scheduling appointments o Salesforce Data Entry o Preparing Client Presentations
- Effective communication with the sales teams daily
- Be an expert on the Francois & Co. product line, as well as learn and effectively utilize the sales processes
Expectations:
- To go above and beyond to assist the showroom sales personnel to reach higher sales volume, increase productivity and efficiency, and help the showroom carry out sales initiatives directed by the Vice President of Sales.
- To manage all essential daily duties for the showroom for it to operate and function as a high-end retail store
- To learn Francois and Co’s product line and to be extremely knowledgeable
- Gain Technical knowledge and learn Company SOP’s and processes
- To have a positive attitude and represent the brand impeccably
Qualifications:
- Great verbal and written Communication and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated, fast learner and team player
- Must possess exceptional time management skills and the ability to maintain deadlines
- Comfortable speaking to any sized group in person and over the phone
- Critical Thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to read building plans, elevations, and specifications.
- Strong Computer Skills
Experience:
- Sales experience in luxury goods, especially in the interior design field or architectural surfaces a plus
- Salesforce experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- College Degree Preferred
- 1-3 years sales in an interior design or construction field preferred
- On the job training provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
