Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is a completely new fast-casual concept that serves custom-built artisanal pizzas at freakishly fast speeds. Already a hit in Southern California with lines out the door, Blaze Pizza is hiring in Palm Desert.

Blaze Pizza uses an interactive service format (similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill®) that allows guests to create custom artisanal pizzas at lightning fast speed -- for under $10.00 each.

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates a positive, poised demeanor under pressure, is always solution oriented.... and is hungry for more responsibility, knowledge and opportunity!

Work hours/days vary as directed by business needs, and will include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications....

· Minimum of 18 years of age

· Minimum one year supervisory experience in quick service environment

· Ability to be a Role Model to Team Members in restaurant

· Pleasant, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor

· Has reliable means of transportation

· Has reliable means of communication

· Has a passion for food and quality

· Takes pride in a job well done

· Exhibits a desire to learn and to teach every day

· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

· Experience in a fast casual restaurant a plus
