Service Writer - Barclay, a major material handling and industrial equipment distributor, needs a ROCKSTAR to be our next Service Writer!

Service Writer Job Requirements-

• Must have experience as a Service Writer
• Must have some technical knowledge
• Be very motivated and detail-oriented in order to provide recommended work quotes for equipment repairs to our customers.
• Must have solid computer proficiency (no exceptions!)
• Should be able to multi-task while remaining organized
• Must be focused and driven to produce high volumes of quotes and be diligent in phone/email follow-up.
• Service Writer should be comfortable in talking with our customers and explaining necessary repairs in order to drive approvals.
