Job Summary:
The Service Program Manager role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of servicing a customer account. Includes trouble ticket ownership, technical resource scheduling, part fulfillment, partner management, and SLA attainment. Avnet is looking for a problem solver who has excellent communication skills, knows the intricacies of executing a service business, and sees patterns in data to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. The Service Operations Coordinator will be the face of the Avnet brand and is critical to the unparalleled service we strive to provide at Avnet.
The right candidate must be a go getter with an entrepreneurial mindset who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and continuing to improve the customer experience. At Avnet, our focus is not only world class design, configuration, and build of technology solutions but also the onsite installation and long-term maintenance and support of physical hardware throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
Daily
Provide leadership in resolution of complex and high-priority service issues in collaboration with technical support personnel.
Coordinate service windows with end user customers and local technical resources.
Dispatch service parts from a global network of forward stocking locations to meet service window requirements.
Monitor Break/Fix progress on site with technical resources to ensure resolution and SLA attainment.
Review inventory plans to ensure stocking levels meet the requirements of the install base.
Execute repair vs. buy decisions to ensure material availability.
Collaborate with third party partners to achieve business outcomes.
Provide insights to enhance technology/process improvement roadmaps.
KNOWLEDEGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Customer service / Order management experience
SAP ECC / CRM experience
Service Supply Chain and Demand/Supply Planning experience
Technical resource dispatch experience
Results orientated using data analytics and good judgment
Strong communication (written & verbal) skills across global boundaries
Creative and resourceful when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
Experience:
4+ years of service-related operational experience
