The SAW Manager will work with all departments to complete projects in a timely manner while providing quality customer service. Attend weekly safety and service training sessions. In addition, the SAW Manager will track the performance of technicians, electricians and coordinators ensuring productivity.Responsibilities:

The SAW Manager will work with all departments to complete projects in a timely manner while providing quality customer service. Attend weekly safety and service training sessions. In addition, the SAW Manager will track the performance of technicians, electricians and coordinators ensuring productivity.
- Review newly sold projects
- Review KPIs & metrics from the team
- Schedule All Open Projects
- Assign and review reopened jobs
- Coordinate with Warehouse & Procurement
- Communicate with homeowners
- Reroute crews to any open projects that can be completed for the remainder of the day
- Coordinate with service techs and install crews
- Solar experience required
- Electrical experience required
- AHJ coordination preferred
- Must be able to pass criminal background
Must Haves:
Ability to perform assigned tasks such as but not limited to roof service repairs, structural upgrades, electrical services- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be on time
- Must have great communication skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Ensure service is performed safely and accurately
- Solar knowledge is required
