About us

Postal Fish Company is a North Carolina Seafood restaurant focused on highlighting local farms and fisherman.

We are searching for an experienced Server that is skilled in all aspects of serving.

2 Years experience required in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Fine dining is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to cope with busy environments.
• Be knowledgeable about wine selection.
• Be able to answer questions about the menu, and create recommendations for food and drink choices.
• Recognize special requests and be able to accommodate them as required.
• Have knowledge of dietary restrictions.
• -Providing outstanding service and engaging with customers in an enthusiastic manner
• -Demonstrating great salesmanship with knowledge of the menu in order to make suggestions/upsell
• -Taking orders and using the POS system effectively; handling cash and card payments
• -Serving alcohol responsibly; having knowledge of wine is preferred
• -Making sure guests are satisfied and have a positive dining experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
