Smok Barbecue is now looking for a cashier who wants to grow.

Want to join our small team? We are looking for someone who has some restaurant experience, weather it be in the kitchen or front of house. We are true counter service, which means we all chip in and take care of everything. We believe in cross training, so the chance to work as cashier and in the kitchen is available, and if you have some bartending experience we will have bartending shifts coming available throughout the summer.

We take pride in the positive culture we have created. Built on teamwork, we are looking for someone who desires a home in this industry.

Availability must be flexible for weekdays/ends and between PM/AM shifts.

Ideal candidate is team orientated, has a positive attitude, a hands on approach to hospitality & is open to helping every position in the restaurant.

About Us:

Smok is open for lunch & dinner with rotating daily specials. With a fast casual counter service approach, Smok has a relaxed and welcoming demeanor for families and friends. We have elevated the Denver barbecue scene with our craft cocktail program and modern decor since our opening in August 2018.

The first Smok is located in the expansion of The Source, a market hall built in 2013 that occupies a former 1880's brick foundry building. The collective of artisans and retailers offer visitors a little taste of what RiNo has to offer. We opened up our second location at the Foothills mall in Fort Collins in the Fall of 2021, and are building a steady stream of regulars.
