SERVER
Servers at THE ROCK are responsible for providing timely and attentive service to all of our guests, creating a pleasant, fun, and unforgettable dining experience. We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic hard workers. Bring us your positive attitude and be a part of this amazing team! Come work in a fun, fast paced environment where the music is always on! We are a family-oriented, casual dining restaurant specializing in wood fired pizza.

Base pay is min wage plus tips.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Warmly and enthusiastically greet each guest
• Make food/beverage recommendations
• Take food/beverage orders and enter into the POS in a timely manner
• Quickly and courteously address any guest questions or concerns
• Work with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure timely delivery of guests orders
• Keep tables clean, removing dishes the guest is no longer using
• Anticipate guests needs
• Regularly check on guests to see if they require anything else
• Setup/Breakdown service stations and dining room
• Process payments in a timely manner
• As guests depart, thank them for dining with us and encourage them to come see us again
• Observe all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• An upbeat and friendly attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
• Ability to stand, reach, walk, and bend for extended periods of time while working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to learn from mistakes
• Service Industry experience preferred but not required
• Possess or be able to obtain applicable Food/Beverage handling permits
