Who are we?

Dos Hermanos is a family-owned business born in Columbus over 10 years ago. We started as a single food truck and now have 4 brick-and-mortar locations, mobile food trucks, a taco cart, catering services, concession stands in both the new Crew Stadium (Lower.com Field) and inside the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in friendly and efficient manner
• Excellent communication with guests
• Accurately describes menu items
• Upsells menu items
• Takes customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Multitasks with a sense of urgency
• Works as a team with other team members
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to consistently report to work on time
• Maintain cleanliness standards through daily and weekly checklists
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong work ethic
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism
• Handle stress associated with responding to/solving problems
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Must have Sunday availability

Compensation

• $5.05/hour plus Tips
