Job Background
The Treasury Chief Operating Office/Transformation Office works closely with stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Treasury activities, which span global Treasury groups, Finance functions, infrastructure partners in EIO&T and business partners in ICG and GCB. The team leads Treasury’s regulatory agenda and internal reviews to identify priorities, coordinate efforts and track progress, and define and implement best practices.
Treasury is creating a new role within Treasury Transformation to drive execution of Funds Transfer Pricing Transformation. The role will support key initiatives in the Balance Sheet Management team but providing structure and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues in Treasury, the businesses, Risk, and Controllers to understand and document current processes, including any required enhancements to inbound data sources
- Partner closely with Business partners to craft current state assessments and define future state op model
- Produce high quality, senior management materials to communicate project status clearly and concisely
- Help define roles and responsibilities of various stakeholder groups involved in the E2E process
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Visio and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of people across functions / seniority
- Prior experience in Treasury, Finance, or Interest Rate Risk is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business units / functions to deliver results
