• Lead in the development of the CMOSS strategic plan to include the development plan, budget plan as well as the transition plan.
• Manage CMOSS efforts to include:
• Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) efforts.
• CMOSS Mounted Form Factor (CMFF) Minimum Visible Product (MVP).
• Prototyping and experimentation.
• Generate CMOSS RFIs (Requests for Information) for Software Defined Radios (SDR), COMSEC and Radiohead.
• Review and evaluate White Papers.
• Organize and lead PM TR CMOSS Team consisting of Engineering, Test, Budget and Cyber/COMSEC.
• Support Technology and Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Open Architecture.
• Manage Modular Open Suite of Standards (MOSA)/Victory standards for PM TR Programs (CMOSS and PdM HMS).
• Support the directive of a combined effort of MOSA and CMOSS ensuring products will be ready to meet future requirements, alleviate interoperability challenges, and deliver a variety of benefits to mission critical C5ISR systems.
• Provide technical direction in-line with customers goals.

• Must posses an active Secret (or greater) security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in systems engineering and must be experienced in systems of sytems engineering
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge and understanding of current Army tactical radios, radio architectures, protocols, security, network management, and basic physics underlying these systems
• Working knowledge and understanding of CMOSS/Victory standards as well as other encryption theories and implementations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management and cross-functional team leadership and coordination
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently across a range of complex projectsravel expected up to 30%
