About the Role
As Senior Supervisor, Service Technician at the Linthicum, Maryland site you will strive for excellence in operational execution and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Providing resolutions of complex tasks - project level performance, quality standards, and unexpected volume spikes, staffing resolutions.
- Ensuring that all maintenance work is completed properly with outstanding leadership skills.
- Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance on all fleet vehicles.
- Ensuring that all Contracts are fulfilled and adhered to in a timely manner.
- Driving special projects for corporate, operational or client initiatives.
Requirements
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as tools associated with repair.
- Able to demonstrate familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
- 3+ years of Maintenance Supervisor experience required or relevant education.
- Able to display proficient knowledge in Basic Computer and Office programs, as well as computer repair.
- Able to demonstrate effective communication and people management skills.
