Senior Salesforce Administrator [Remote - USA]

Who you are:
SumUp is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Salesforce Administrator to support the US North America team. You will efficiently manage and improve our Salesforce instance, including maintenance, reporting, third-party integrations, architecture updates, and data management. Reporting to our Lead Salesforce Administrator, the ideal candidate will be a highly technical and solutions-oriented individual. You will have the opportunity to work with an international, world-class team in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- All aspects of user and license management including user setup, roles, permissions, and sharing
- Salesforce configuration changes, including assignment rules, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, custom settings
- Work cross functionally to identify and gather project requirements and create a scalable, user-friendly solution
- Scope and plan CRM-related projects and initiatives
- Create reports and dashboards
- Improve Salesforce data quality using rules and automation
- Manage user support tickets
- System maintenance and hygiene
- Create end-user documentation for new processes
- Communicate with stakeholders about project status, releases, and other timelines
- Mentor junior Salesforce support team members and delegate tasks accordingly
What we're looking for:
- Certified Salesforce advanced administrator
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience as an administrator
- Experience with third-party integrations (we use DocuSign, Zuora, Marketo, Tableau, Vonage or Five9)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Experience
- DevOps/release management experience
- Experience with a SaaS product preferable
- Experience migrating Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow
- 2+ years experience screen flow, record trigger flow
- Ability to write SOQL and SQL queries
- Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred or relevant experience
