What you are good at
The Senior Relationship Manager - North Central Premier, Group role is responsible for managing the relationships of many of Schwab Advisor Services’ (AS) largest and most complex clients. The efforts of this individual will be focused on providing superior, overall relationship management experience to our clients and pursuing opportunities to win custody assets influenced or advised by the North Central Premier client base. As part of the North Central Premier team, this role will work with firms whose influence stretches broadly across the Schwab AS’ business, either through a significant geographic footprint or through products and services utilized by other advisors.
What you have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required
- Active and valid FINRA Series 63 license required
- A minimum of 10 years financial services experience and 3 years of B2B sales/consulting experience in the financial services industry is required
- Demonstrated consultative sales ability managing complicated B2B relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with navigating across large organizations on behalf of clients
- Strong client focus and a track record of exceeding client expectations
- Substantial knowledge of the RIA Industry, including competitors’ offerings, service structure, and business development approach
