Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani, LLC is excited to announce we are actively searching for a Senior Project Manager (SPM) with 10+ years of design experience to lead our Building Structures Department in our Pittsburgh office.

The essential functions of the job:
- Assist the Business Manager with the daily operations the Structural business group.
- Help achieve Business Development Goals. Occasionally attending networking functions.
- Assist with keeping the related project experience library up to date.
- Assist with preparation of proposals.
- Assist with the weekly staff scheduling, ensuring all projects are adequately staffed to meet the specific project milestones.
- Manage staff on several projects at one time.
Our requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis) or a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering (structural option).
- Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure
- 10+ years of design experience with at least 3 years as a Project Manager (overseeing structural personnel on projects).
- Experience in MS-Office, REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Structural Analysis programs such as RAM, RAM Concepts, STAADPRO, ADAPT, Enercalc, PCA programs and LPile.
- Successful experience in leading engineering teams (providing purpose, direction, and motivation)
- Ability to work harmoniously and collaborate with colleagues and client representatives.
