Senior Project Manager (Leading Multi-Family General Contractor)
Job description
Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Multi-Family General Contractor on their search for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in the Affordable Housing/Low-Income Housing Multi-Family sectors here in the San Francisco Bay area. Ideally, this individual will spearhead all construction and business development operations within the Affordable /Low-Income housing division and oversee an active portfolio up to $100 Million in the San Francisco East Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with all aspects of projects, including estimating, bidding, responding to RFPs and RFI's, managing subcontractors, and client communication
- Work closely with Project Manager to develop scopes of work, schedules, and bids
- Assist Project Manager with project buyouts and preparation of project invoices
- Process, track, distribute, and manage approved docs (submittals, RFIs, drawings, change orders, project schedule, and closeouts)
- Assist Senior Project Managers and other team members with updating and tracking project timelines and schedules
- Prepare, update, and distribute OAC meeting notes on a weekly basis for all projects
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with computer-related construction software
- 5-10+ years of experience with a Multi-Family / Affordable Housing general contractor
- A BA or BS in Construction Management or equivalent coursework preferred
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite are preferred

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
