JOB DESCRIPTION

Merchandise Planning:

• Maintain Planning calendar- Site Metric based forecast and Open to Buy
• Review On Order & Receipts supporting forecast
• Partner with brand and clients to build promotional strategies, and report back on effectiveness
• Partner with brand and client to identify assortment opportunities- e.g. Categories, Reorders, product flow
• Manage Product life cycle: Regular, Promotional, Markdowns, furthers.
• Execute and report out business recaps weekly and monthly

Cross Functional:

• Partner with Brand Manager on managing product life cycle (reorders, promotional strategies, markdowns)
• Catalog management - manage product content, catalog set up prep
• Review, activate and merchandise new products and ensure they are live and 100% correct

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in buying, planning and allocation
• Demonstrated understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles
• Intermediate Excel experience
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, project management/flow software such as Jira, Confluence
• eCommerce system knowledge of Shopify is an asset

PAY

• $75,000 - $100,000 with a 10% - 20% bonus potential

Physical Responsibilities:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
