Job Title: Senior .Net Developer

Location: Detroit, MI

Background:

The client is responsible for providing and managing the client’s technology needs for both Metro and Willow Run airports. The current technologies used to develop/support software include .NET, SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS.

Scope of Services:

The client is seeking full-time, qualified local candidates to develop and support both web and mobile solutions. The successful candidate will be analyzing and modifying existing software as well as designing, constructing and testing end-user applications that meet user needs. Furthermore, the candidate will follow the software development lifecycle as well as troubleshoot support tickets.

General Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have:

• A 4-yr college degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• An understanding of the business use and capabilities of information technologies and software business applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to deliver appropriate project statuses to different levels of management.

Technical Qualifications:

Client is looking for candidates who possess the following skillsets:

• 5 years of experience as a full stack developer
• Backend: ASP.NET, C#
• Frontend: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS
• Well versed in creating User Interfaces
• MVC framework, .NET Core
• Web Services: REST APIs
• 5 years of experience with SQL Server. (CRUD, stored procedures)
• 5 years of experience with Report Development using SSRS.
• 3 years of experience in DevOps and source code repositories.
• 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience developing and maintaining Drupal websites
• Experience developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems (UIPATH).
• Experience developing reports using Information Builders WebFocus.
• Microsoft Certified Developer for SharePoint, and Azure
