DePuy Synthes Trauma is the worldwide leader in developing products to treat orthopedic trauma and other bone deformities. The company is headquartered in West Chester, PA, and Solothurn, Switzerland, and employs over 1,000 people worldwide. This position is located in West Chester, PA, and is responsible for the US downstream marketing of the CMF product portfolio. The Senior Marketing Manager, CMF, will manage a team of marketers and will report to the Senior Director of US Trauma/CMF Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Management of critical product lines with responsibility for all marketing efforts
• Business analysis
• Management of product-specific revenue forecasts
• Management of product-specific P&L
• Development of strategic recommendations
• Management of all marketing initiatives and tactical execution
• Management and development of a team of marketers
• Alignment with critical functions including Sales, Field Asset Management, Manufacturing, etc.
• Alignment with Franchise/Global

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A Masters and or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years combined progressive business experience in marketing, Product Development, R&D, and Sales is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical devices or other healthcare-regulated environments is preferred.
• Medical device experience is preferred.
• Experience developing and executing successful business plans is preferred.
• Prior experience leading medical device product lines, including leading product marketing and setting strategic direction for product portfolio, is preferred.
• Experience in marketing and launching new products, services, and programs to the healthcare community is highly desired.
• Experience interacting with management is preferred.
• People management experience is preferred.
