annual revenue, we are looking for a qualified Senior Manager of Operations at our headquarters in
Phoenix, AZ to support our growing business.

The candidate will work with several key organizations which include our global supply chain organization, our
worldwide manufacturing organization and several business units within the automotive division of our Analog
Solutions Group (ASG).

Key responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the business unit liaison for our Mobile, Cloud & Computing (MCC) division
• Work with the MCC VP and BU Leaders to develop, manage, and lead key operational BU initiatives
• Drive the definition of project objectives and scope involving all relevant stakeholders
• Oversee project plans to improve capacity, cost, and quality at our manufacturing sites
• Prepare, analyze, and present major project updates. Communicate consistently and effectively to all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Collaborate and lead cross functional teams
• Support visibility to operations via advanced planning system

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a program manager
• Established track record of excellent communication and collaboration
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Technical background and Semiconductor industry experience is preferred
• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management (or related field)
• Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Experience with Advanced Planning System is a plus
