Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits currently seeks a Senior International Supply Chain Specialist who possesses the below. This position is remote and can live anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment
  • Ability to self-manage time and understand prioritization needs

• • Introduce customer to all parties in DFWS to ensure proper set up
  • Coordinate with suppliers on all Export Documentation needs
  • Coordinate with suppliers/marketing services on all Label Requirements
  • Handle all Customer communication
  • Order processing and tracking – provides regular updates to Vice President of International Sales
  • International Samples requests (process and distributor tracking)
  • Multiple Trade show registrations
    • Registration of the items and samples only
  • Assist with weekly meeting organization to track international activities and report metrics
  • Ability to analyze excel reporting for orders, metrics, and allocations
  • Process and manage all Duty Drawbacks, including documentation completion and follow up with suppliers
  • Back-up for team members

• 
  Accounting/Financial

• Follow up with accounting on all credit applications and pre-paid orders
• Create & send Proforma invoices to distributors to receive payment
• Work with Accounting/FP&A to code all invoices for FedEx/sample shipments

• 
  Compliance

• Coordinates with compliance on all required documentation and labeling requirements
• Responsible for following new customer onboarding process as outlined in process document

• 
  Marketing Services

• Provides marketing services with all label creation and design change needs so they can handle/create
• Coordinates ALL aspects/teams needed for fully translated label creation including Copy Crunch (modifying copy on current label to make room for multi-lingual translations) – this requires coordination with Compliance, Marketing Services, Brand Manager
• Product info for customer requested tech sheets
• Spec Sheets
• Sourcing scores for tenders – coordinate with Marketing services who stores this
